If you are not 100% satisfied on receiving the course and reviewing it, the full cost of the course, including shipping, will be refunded up to 3 days from date of delivery. 50% of the full course cost will be refunded up to 10 days after the course materials have been delivered to you. There are no refunds on courses after 10 days.
MedTrans will replace any defective tape at no cost to you based upon their inspection of the defect. Any defective tape should be returned via standard U.S. mail. Replacements of any defective tapes will be shipped immediately with your refund for the cost of mailing the defective tape(s). Because of the ease with which these course tapes can be duplicated, MedTrans cannot grant refunds if the cassette tapes show evidence of tampering or recording.
